Ignitexplode is a ministry of Erina Community Baptist Church and so is overseen and supported by the church.

The group is run by Raina Petterson who has many years experience in youth ministry.

All of our youth leaders have attended leadership training and completed the required working with children course.  A copy of the child protection policy is available from the church office on request.

In addition to  those trainings all of the youth leaders have also completed First Aid certification just in case something goes wrong (which we all pray never will) and have passed a standard police check.

All events will be supervised by at least two leaders (with most events having between 4-6 leaders attending) and every effort is maintained to ensure a safe and fun environment for your child.

Emergency contact information is collected for all children when they begin attending and this information is stored safely in accordance with all relevant privacy laws.
